This is the {{sec link/normal url}} sub-template.

Do not use this template directly, use {{sec link}} or {{sec link auto}} and their sister templates instead.

This template is called from the {{sec link}} family of templates.

Technical details

This sub-template returns a raw URL for the normal servers. It expects these parameters:
