About Wikimedia India chapter

उत्कर्षजी, thanks a lot for the invitation to patricipate in wikimedia India chapter. I have already subscribed to the mailing list. However, the active users of this wikipedia are based in Nepal (which is technically not India). So, our contribution to the chapter might be limited. There are people speaking Nepalbhasa in Darjeeling, Sikkim, Kolkata and Andaman/Nicobar.
